Q1: How should I clean my flag?
You can refer to the graphic care instructions. It would be better to machine wash or hand wash these flags with mild detergent to avoid damaging the knitted polyester fabric. Avoid frequent use of washing machine for cleaning flag, since this may harm knitting of the fabric.
Q2: Can flags withstand extreme weather?
Our aviation-grade fibreglass poles and UV inks are designed to withstand sun, rain, and wind. However, poles may need replacement after severe weather events.
Q3: How often should I clean the flags?
Inspect flags regularly for dirt buildup. Clean as needed, usually every 2-4 weeks of use. Lengthen the time between washes in indoor settings.
Q4: What's the best way to store clean flags?
Fold flags neatly and store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, which can fade colors. Stand upright or use flag bags to protect graphics.

·Artwork: Any size of your choice
·Font format: No bleed, no crop marks, only outlines fonts
·File: If Photoshop, please provide a flattened file only
·Resolution: 150 dpi resolution at 100% of the final print size
·File Size: For uploading via the website, please ensure that the file size remains below 50 MB. If the file size exceeds 50 MB, kindly utilize file-sharing systems such as WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc to upload the file and share the URL with us.
