Basic Shipping Information
We will process your order within 1-2 business days. If you place your order on a non-business day, we will ship the order the next business day. Holiday deliveries may be delayed by a day or two.
We only ship to the USA. We offer two shipping methods.(Excluding customized products, the specific information is as follows)
- Standard: 7-10 days.Express shipping. All orders are subject to an additional $25 accelerated shipping charge.
- Economy: 10-15 days.Normal shipping method. Free shipping for all orders.
Taxes are included in the order pricing and no additional taxes or shipping taxes will be charged.
Please note that these other costs associated with your purchase are always the responsibility of the customer.However, because we use a third party shipping company, we do not accept any liability for late delivery.
The shipping time and costs of custom printed products depend on weight, location, etc.To find out exactly how long it takes, please email us at support@shiningshow.com. We'll be happy to check for you.
All ShiningShow orders (by default) are shipped via DHL/FEDEX/UPS/USPS service.
For orders shipped to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses, please allow additional shipping time. Delivery dates are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without notice. Please note: We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Some items will arrive packaged to show what is inside.

ShiningShow does not hold liability for damages to products sustained during transit.
ShiningShow does not hold liability for products lost by 3rd party shipping companies.
ShiningShow does not hold liability for any damages, loss or injuries caused by a product arriving late, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect.
ShiningShow reserves the right to cancel an order at any time due to incorrect shipping fees being charged.
ShiningShow offers free shipping on some marked items. For marked items free shipping is for continental US only and is via a company and service of ShiningShow’s choosing.
ShiningShow reserves the right to revoke free shipping where error has occurred.
Shipping Address
To keep shipping costs as low as possible and to give you the best service possible, here are some tips for checking out online.
- Make sure your shipping address is correct when ordering.
- Businesses that use a full domicile are automatically considered a domicile address and any payments are charged accordingly.
- Provide an accurate phone number when ordering online and an accurate phone number when ordering offline. If there is any problem with your shipment, we will need the best way to get in touch with you. The carrier will usually call ahead to confirm that someone will be at your business to accept the shipment. If the carrier is unable to contact you, they may not be able to ship your item.
- We ship your items when they are available, so sometimes your order will be split into multiple shipments. However, we will not charge you more than that.
Delivery
- Buying a Tent If you order a tent, the top and frame will be delivered in a separate package. Each package has its own tracking number. Therefore, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.
- Ordering, If you are ordering a custom print, once the design is confirmed, printing and packaging will be completed within a few hours. In addition, delivery will take several days, depending on the third party courier.
- Signing, You may be required to sign for your order upon receipt.
- If you are not available, your order may be left at the door.
Please note these
Customers requesting multiple shipping addresses will automatically have to place separate orders for each address. Multiple individual orders can be placed online or through our customer team.
Buy Now All in-stock purchases processed before 5pm EST will be shipped the same day. All in-stock purchases processed after 5pm EST will be shipped the next business day.
In conclusion, we reserve the right to suspend an order if we suspect fraud during the transaction.
Accidents
If any item or package is damaged or missing, or if you have any doubts about possible damage, you must do the following
- Clearly state this on the receipt before signing for payment.
- Arrange to contact us within two working days.
- Save the damaged packing materials for inspection.
- Take photos of the damaged items and packaging.
