Basic Shipping Information
We will process your order within 1-2 business days. If you place your order on a non-business day, we will ship the order the next business day. Holiday deliveries may be delayed by a day or two.
We only ship to the USA. We offer two shipping methods.（Excluding customized products, the specific information is as follows）
- Standard: 7-10 days.Express shipping. All orders are subject to an additional $25 accelerated shipping charge.
- Economy: 10-15 days.Normal shipping method. Free shipping for all orders.
Taxes are included in the order pricing and no additional taxes or shipping taxes will be charged.
Please note that these other costs associated with your purchase are always the responsibility of the customer.However, because we use a third party shipping company, we do not accept any liability for late delivery.
The shipping time and costs of custom printed products depend on weight, location, etc.To find out exactly how long it takes, please email us at service@shiningshow.com. We'll be happy to check for you.
All ShiningShow orders (by default) are shipped via DHL/FEDEX/UPS/USPS service.
Tip: Because we have multiple warehouses and factories in the United States, the products you order may be delivered in more than two packages.
For orders shipped to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses, please allow additional shipping time. Delivery dates are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without notice. Please note: We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Some items will arrive packaged to show what is inside.
