Great vendor tent!! Great customer service!!

I highly recommend this tent! I purchased this tent and paid extra to upgrade the fabric strength and upgraded to the hexagon frame. I uploaded a vector file for my logo and it looks great on the tent. The hexagon tent frame is very sturdy! The customer service was great! Lisa was very responsive to my questions. I’ve received a lot of compliments on how professional this tent looks. Order early or pay for the air shipping, as it does come from HK. A+ tent, thank you!!

Great Customer service

First thing to know is you will be working with a company in China so there is a delay in communication, but their customer service was awesome. They responded fast and did a lot of graphics work to make sure our canopy and banners were great. We had some damage from shipping and they air mailed replacement parts right away. It was a great deal just make sure you can wait a few months for it to come.

Communication was incredible and easy to get my mock up done. also very fast to get the designs back. The frame seems to be even sturdier than I expected and the cover/wall/sides and quality material as well. The quality is far beyond what I expected. I do wish I had spring the extra $$ for the carry bag with wheels for convenience.
Im likely going to order more of these- personal and business.

This tent exceeds my expectations for the price paid. Very high quality frame, easy assembly, and the canopy material is high quality. Highly recommend.

Be aware, shipping does take a little while if in the US, but it is worth the wait for the money saved on similar tents.
