The package pickup area of our building is a few floors below me so even carrying a heavy box on the elevator can be a trial sometimes, or worse if there are a couple of heavy boxes. This little cart stays folded in my storage area for when I need it, then unfolds easily. It's light to carry down with me and I've had no problems maneuvering to get things around the floors. Granted, I'm not moving super large or super heavy things - so it serves my needs perfectly. So glad I got it.
