At ShiningShow, we are committed to ensuring that our customers receive the full value and quality of every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns of merchandise within 14 days of purchase. Please note that ShiningShow does not accept returns on any custom printed products. An automatic 15% restocking fee will be charged on all product returns, except for items received with a manufacturing defect. 

We hope you like the product you ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, or if you would like to return or exchange an item, please feel free to contact us at service@shiningshow.com Monday through Friday within 14 days of receiving the item. The return shipping address will be provided within 24 hours and you will receive a refund within 3 to 5 business days of receiving your returned item.

All of our products come with a 14 day money back guarantee and must be shipped to us within 14 days of your receipt. Returns can only be accepted for products that are unopened, unused and still in the package or still with the label attached. We will only accept returned items in the same condition as we sent them.

Please ensure that items are securely packaged when returned as any items damaged in the mail and returned to us due to inadequate packaging may not receive a refund.

Refunds will only be issued to the original method of payment or store credit.

Reasons you may want to return an item.

  1. Quality issues.

1) Buyer will need to provide pictures or video to show the problem.

2) Return postage will be borne by the buyer.

3) Please allow us 2-3 weeks processing time for an exchange or refund. Our mechanics will inspect each returned item. After inspection, if the problem is a manufacturing defect, you will receive an exchange or refund within 24 hours.

4) If you are not satisfied with our products, please contact us first before making any comments. We are committed to ensuring that you will receive the highest quality products and service.

 

  1. You bought the wrong.

1) Return postage will be borne by the buyer.

2) Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3) Buyer must send us an email at service@shiningshow.com within 14 days of the item's arrival.

4) Returned merchandise must be in new and unused condition with original tags and packaging. Any used product is not eligible for return or exchange. 

 

  1. You do not want the item.

1) Return postage will be borne by the buyer.

2) Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3) Buyer must send us an email at service@shiningshow.com within 14 days of the item's arrival.

4) Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with original tags and packaging. Any product that has been used is not eligible for return or exchange.

 

  1. Shipping Damage.

We only use USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL top service carriers. Please inspect the package when it arrives. Please do not sign for any damaged packages. It is your responsibility to personally sign for delivery and inspect the package before you sign for anything. If you find a damaged package, please ask the delivery person to file a shipping damage claim immediately. Please also give us your shipping damage case number and we will help you get compensation from the shipping company as soon as possible.

 

  1. We sent the wrong item.

1) Returned merchandise must be in its original condition.

2) Shipping costs are borne by the seller.

3) Buyer must send us an email at service@shiningshow.com within 7 days of the item's arrival

4) Once the returned item is received, we will be responsible for giving you a full refund or sending you a new item.

Note: Regarding returns, please do not send them directly back to the original address, we will tell you the return address in an email when your return request is approved.
